All our courses are flexible and available for you to access at any time, making it ideal to fit in around other obligations. You will be tutor supported, so you can get feedback and help when needed …or a nudge to get that coursework submitted and completed.

As Ireland’s premier provider, Pitman Training offers the most flexible training, with all courses available at our training centres but also as supported Distance Learning Courses. You can train from home with the support and guidance from our professional team at your local centre. Our tutors have extensive experience both as online learning specialists and classroom based training.

Maureen’s Journey with Pitman Training
“My name is Maureen Fitzgerald, and I am 57 years old. I live in the Tralee area and am a mum to three adult children and a dog called Bella. My son is 28 and I have two daughters, one is 23 and the youngest is 21.
For me, I would consider it an achievement that I now confidently go into the centre and sit at any of the computers to log in and start my learning. I would have been quite unsure of finding my way around a keyboard and screen, but I now happily do so.
Pitman Training has been one of the best things I have ever done. The staff are absolutely fantastic – so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They really put me so at ease as someone who would have been quite apprehensive about going in at the start. The centre itself is also lovely. It has the feel of walking into an office rather than just a classroom, which also makes going in to study very enjoyable and not feel as if I am back in school.

Our centre in Kerry is conveniently located at the Monavalley Business Park in Tralee and is easily accessible via a variety of transport options including bus or car, and it’s just a 15 minute walk from Tralee town centre.
Our training centre opened in 2004 is based in Tralee and is one of the largest in Ireland, serving Killarney, Castleisland, Listowel, Killorglin and the surrounding areas with state of the art facilities and comfortable training rooms.
The centre includes a student canteen and breakout area, as well as plenty of free car parking. We have designed our centre to provide you with a professional environment with the best space to focus and train in comfort without unnecessary distraction.
