How to Find Us
Pitman Training Carlow is located in Unit 1, Deerpark Business Complex on Dublin Road, just a short distance from the town centre. You’ll find us on the left-hand side, just before Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD).
You can easily reach us on foot from the town centre in about 15 minutes, by bus on the CW1 local service, or by car in just a few minutes. Free parking is available onsite. If you’re coming by bus, ask for the stop near Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) or Deerpark Business Complex.

Student of the Month – May 2026 | Pitman Training Carlow
I am currently searching for work in an office/administration field but had little to no experience in Microsoft programs. I wanted to improve my skillset in this area to heighten my chances of employment in this field and my girlfriend recommended Pitman Training as she was attending the centre herself.
I am a lot more confident in my ability to use Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Access. I have been able to produce documents and manage data/databases much better than before I started which I have found very helpful in my personal life for things such as creating budgeting spreadsheets on Excel.
My experience with Pitman Training has been incredible! My days became very routine by coming into the centre for a few hours every day to train which helped me whilst unemployed. I was able to complete all my courses with no trouble thanks to the great material I was provided.
The girls in the centre here in Carlow were also all incredibly helpful! Katie, Clodagh and Aimee were fantastic with any questions I might have had, they made me feel really comfortable and have done everything they can in their mission to help me find a new job which I really, really appreciate!
