Building Confidence for a Return to Medical Administration

My name is Tracey. I’m a mum of three and grandmother of two. In my spare time, I work part-time as a musician and enjoy looking after my animals, including my horse, dog and cat. After recently retiring from full-time teaching, I decided to update my computer skills with Pitman Training Wicklow so I could pursue a return to medical administration, a field I worked in many years ago.

The Microsoft Office courses were the most challenging part of my studies, but the training materials were excellent and the support from Katie-May, Katie and Roseanne was invaluable whenever I needed help. The course has given me a real confidence boost, helped me strengthen my computer skills, and introduced me to new skills such as audio transcription and touch typing.
