"They had 80 applicants and a few days later they called and said I had a 2nd interview. I wasn't sure how I did, although I thought the interview went well. A few hours later they called me and offered me the job!!!!! I am over the moon and I KNOW that my Bronze Award and the ECDL, medical courses etc were a definite positive attribute for this.
