The fashion world is a dynamic and exciting place to work with many different professions making up the industry, including administration, accounting, finance, marketing, social media, and more.
The course consists of two modules and includes activities and quizzes to reinforce your learning. Modules are broken down into bite-sized chunks enabling you to work through the course with ease.
Module 1 – Introduction to Fashion
In this module, we explore fashion cycles and seasons, trade shows, designers and brands, and important fashion publications. Additionally, the module highlights the significance of fashion week in the fashion calendar.
Module 2 – Working in Fashion
In this module, we explore the diverse range of employers within the fashion industry and the various departments that make up a typical fashion business. The module covers the importance of diversity and inclusion in fashion, and it concludes by addressing the pressing issue of sustainability in the industry.
