George Liddle, Bookkeeping Transactions and Controls Part 1

After a long career as a pharmacist George Liddle decided to put his numeracy skills to the test by enrolling himself on Pitman Training’s Bookkeeping Transactions and Controls Part 1 course. 

“I’ve actually taken a few courses with Pitman before, so I knew how reliable they are and the quality of training they provide before taking my bookkeeping course,” explained George. 

“I found the learning experience really enjoyable because I was able to work at my own pace and online. The team at Pitman are also really friendly, which is nice. My favourite thing about studying with Pitman is that I get the satisfaction of knowing I’m achieving something. It also helps me keep my mind active.

“Since being on this course with Pitman, I’ve been able to really increase my confidence. In fact, I’m now looking for a clerical job to try something different and earn some money. If I were to give advice to anyone thinking about taking an adult education course with Pitman Training, I’d say just keep learning.”
